These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the gb99k website, mobile platform, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). They constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Player") and gb99k ("we", "us", or "the Company"). By registering an account, logging in, or placing any wager on gb99k, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety.

gb99k reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review the latest version before each session. Continued use of the Platform after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and use gb99k, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the Platform:

• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of a third party.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of gb99k.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion agreement on gb99k or any partner platform.

gb99k may request documentary evidence to verify eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or closure without prior notice.

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on gb99k. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all balances and permanent closure of all related accounts. When creating your account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method.
• Maintain the security of your login credentials and not share your password with any third party.
• Notify gb99k immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Keep your registered contact details up to date at all times.

gb99k reserves the right to close or suspend any account found to be in breach of registration requirements, or where suspicious activity, fraud, or abuse is detected.

gb99k supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All financial transactions on the Platform are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Minimum withdrawal thresholds may vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of withdrawal.
• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the account holder's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Withdrawals are processed as promptly as operationally possible, typically within minutes to a few hours for verified accounts. Processing times may be longer during high-volume periods.
• gb99k reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Accounts that fail KYC checks may have withdrawals delayed or declined.

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). gb99k is not responsible for any currency conversion fees that may be applied by your payment provider.

gb99k offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion:

• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.
• Each player is entitled to claim each promotional offer once only, unless otherwise stated. Attempts to claim the same bonus via multiple accounts constitute abuse and will result in forfeiture.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the timeframe specified in the individual promotion. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• gb99k reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. In the event of a dispute, gb99k's decision is final.

All content on the gb99k Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphics, software, game assets, text, and user interface elements — is the exclusive property of gb99k or its licensed content providers. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without express written permission from gb99k. Unauthorised use of Platform content constitutes an infringement of intellectual property rights and may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gb99k shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds or winnings due to technical failure, internet outage, or force majeure events beyond gb99k's reasonable control.
• Any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
• Disruption of service caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, or by circumstances outside gb99k's control including acts of government, natural disasters, or network failures.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which gb99k operates. By accepting these Terms, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts for resolution of any legal dispute arising from your use of the Platform.

gb99k may amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Where the changes are material, gb99k will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via their registered contact method. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.
